  • Define and maintain the solution vision and intent.
  • Understand customer needs and use cases, adapting the solution accordingly.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering units.
  • Support the demand backlog prioritization.
  • Develop and manage the solution roadmap with stakeholders.
  • Set and monitor metrics to measure success.
  • Coordinate solution delivery, release governance and solution increments.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

  • Profound knowledge in Agile Software Development using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Profound knowledge in Portfolio- and Project Management with Jira
  • Ability to manage projects and solutions of high complexity
  • Profound knowledge of Support Processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great team player and ability to work in a cross functional and cross location setup
  • Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge independently and eager to continuously learn and self-improve
  • Good technical understanding
  • Ability to collaborate across geographical, organizational, and cultural boundaries.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.

Preferred skills

  • Basic knowledge in Software Architecture
  • Experience in Customer Engagement & Interaction is welcome
  • Familiar with Customer Support and / or Cloud Operations processes (ITSM / ITOM) or neighboring areas.
  • German language skills
