Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience leading such a multi-functional HW engineering team for product development requiring a strong technical background, ideally in Mechanical Engineering and/or Optics. Experience in the Semi equipment industry and knowledge of interferometry is a plus.

You will have to drive prioritization and execution, while leading outstanding engineers and engineering managers in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in the overall success of our organization by planning, leading and overseeing various engineering and product development projects, timelines and making nevessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

Minimum Qualifications

• MSc, PhD Degree

• 10+ years experience in relevant fields of engineering development

• 7+ years of management experience

• Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring and leading technical organizations

• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) across diverse groups and with various collaborators

• Strategic problem solver

• Experience working with distributed teams
