Reporting to thethewill be responsible for handles the administrative needs for the VP & General Manager.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Handle administrative needs of President as well as provide support as needed for VP &
    General Manager

  • Arrange conference calls and meetings

  • Serve as primary interface to help prioritize the President’s calendar

  • Plans travel related details & itineraries for work as well as personal events and
    appointments (medical appointments, car service appointments, etc.) for the President

  • Serve as Crown Technical Systems primary point of contact for all travel related concerns
    for staff (including site installation teams)

  • Work as liaison between President and renters at offsite property locations

  • Receive visitors on behalf of the President

  • Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff as needed

  • Maintain and order supplies for executives as well as conference rooms stocked
    (refrigerators & general office supplies)

  • Attend and actively participate in Crown Technical Systems Culture Committee meetings as well as provide event support for major initiatives

  • Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
    • Must be able to traverse the production floor as needed.


The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some secondary education preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting high level executives

  • Experience booking and handling multiple travel schedules

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Extremely organized, strong multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
