• You have a bachelor’s Degree &/or 4-6 years applicable business experience.

• You’re a strong influencer, empowered and capable of leading a cross-functional team.

• You are able to handle pressure and take directions in a demanding environment.

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Your skills include advanced Microsoft Office and SAP experience.

• You have experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement & analytical skills gained through work experience is preferred.

• You have Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and deliver initiatives.

• You have a strong conceptual understanding of Global Supply Chain & Inventory Management practices & techniques desired.

• You have the ability to interface with all levels of the organization on issues related to capacity, demand plans and business strategies is preferred.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
