Key responsibilities
- Understand Digital Activations ecosystem - Paid, Display, Social and Programmatic with experience in managing large to medium activations - from ideation to go live.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources, including digital advertising platforms, website analytics, and customer behaviour data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform campaign optimization and overall marketing strategies. Recommend optimization strategies based on data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
- Work with the marketing team to segment customer audiences based on demographics, behaviour, and engagement data.
- Provide insights into audience behaviours and preferences, enabling the creation of highly targeted and personalized campaigns.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing analytics.
- Share insights with the team and propose innovative ways to leverage data for marketing success.
- Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality.
- Establish appropriate processes and mechanisms to enable teams with seamless execution and agile decision making.
- Build a diverse and inclusive, high performance team which can navigate ambiguity with ease and dexterity.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, a generous aptitude to learn the organization’s pattern of communication.
- 8-10 years of experience with top agencies, digital marketing analytics, preferably in a performance marketing role.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present complex data findings For diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for accuracy and precision.
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Ability to analyse, organize and integrate information and data dump into clear and concise presentations.
- Knowledge of social and digital media research and analytics.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.
- Potential exposure in adoption of Gen AI into marketing activations and process improvements.
