Here's what you'll need
• 2+ years experience in construction administration/ inspection
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid CTQP certifications such as but not limited to: ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I, FDOT Asphalt Field Level 1, FDOT Earthwork Leve 1, MOT, ETC.
• Knowledge of construction practices and principles
• Intermediate mathematical skills in order to perform field calculations
• Ability to gather and understand technical data for purposes of generating technical reports
• Advanced interpersonal skills in order to work with clients and/or project teams
• Ability to travel if necessary
• Able to work nights and weekends if needed.
• Valid State’s driver’s license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
