You will report directly to our Quality Engineering Manager, and you’ll workout of our Glendale, AZ location In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supplychain by Source Inspections, implementing quality improvement initiatives,conducting supplier audits, and driving corrective actions to address qualityissues. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drivecontinuous improvement and resolve quality issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a team of quality engineers toensure supplier compliance with quality standards
• Drive supplier performanceimprovement initiatives
• Conduct supplier audits to assesscapabilities and identify areas for improvement
• Travel Approximately 50 %
• Monitor supplier quality metrics toidentify trends and opportunities for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Willingness to travel as required

• Six Sigma certification or knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of industry quality standards and requirements
