5+ years of experience developing visual merchandising strategy for a leading retailer or global brand
BA/BS in a degree related to visual merchandising field
Understanding of visual merchandising guidelines, brand standards and training documents and practice in crafting them
Industry experience conceptualizing customer touch points through product story telling and displays
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise and collaborative manner
Ability to build and easily speak to the strategies behind and the benefits of strong visual merchandising
Skilled in systematic thinking, with the ability to shift from high-level strategy to meticulous attention to detail
Experience in an ambitious, fast-paced environment and cross-functional agility working with a variety of collaborators
Skilled at developing creative solutions to ongoing business needs that drive sales and support the customer journey
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other visualization software and proficiency in Mac OS
