As a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell Smart Energy / Thermal Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in project management will be key in driving operational efficiency and improving decision-making within the organization. You will report directly to our Senior ISC Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Nebraska City location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on optimizing processes, increasing cost savings, and improving customer satisfaction through effective project management.
• Manage and execute projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement through effective project management
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strong foundations in Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Mechanical inclination and the ability to clearly document processes and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
• Experience in the manufacturing or supply chain industry
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
