Required/Minimum Qualifications

Resource Management

  • Processes requests from resource management systems. Proposes and fulfills assignments. Provides staffing options or negotiates with stakeholders to meet stated skills, levels, and start dates in requests and ensures staffing efficiency in collaboration with team members. Provides recommendations for improving overall team results within the area of responsibility (AOR) assigned for staffing.
  • Supports business teams to ensure utilization performance meets target/forecast. Monitors bench and seeks billable work for unstaffed resources. Reviews utilization reports to identify individual attainment. Identifies opportunities to improve the utilization of their area of responsibility (AOR).
  • Leverages resource insights from managers of technical delivery resources in the deployment of resources within area of responsibility (AOR). Provides feedback to managers on skill gaps or accreditation for resources staffed.
  • Initiates interaction/discussions with technical delivery resources and their managers. Maintains rhythm to manage the portfolio of resources.
  • Handles escalations and resolves staffing issues with minimal guidance. Identifies leading indicators of escalation risks.
  • Leverages practices, solutions, or analysis that are deployed across Capacity & Resource Management (CRM). Follows established solutions/processes and identifies gaps within the supported area of responsibility (AOR).

Driving Business Transformation

  • Executes standardized global processes and makes suggestions on implementing the processes/standards. Provides feedback on tools, technology, and processes. Coaches peers on the execution of processes. Provides suggestions to improve Capacity & Resource Management (CRM) stakeholder experiences.
  • Leverages and shares best practices to improve the effectiveness of the overall Capacity & Resource Management (CRM) process. Leverages standard CRM reporting to provide input on continuous improvement. May serve as a subject matter expert in a content area.

Operational Excellence

  • Analyzes resource data and identifies capacity gaps within the area of responsibility (AOR). Provides input in capacity sync rhythms and implements staffing strategies.
  • Actively maintains Global Resource Management (GRM) data quality to ensure accurate insights to support current and long-term resourcing requirements.
  • Communicates formal policies and processes (e.g., Service Level Agreement [SLA]) to drive requestors accountability including stated Capacity & Resource Management (CRM) operating standards. Escalates to Regional leadership where there is non-standard behavior.
  • Progresses all active staffing requests within Capacity & Resource Management (CRM) Service Level Agreement (SLA). Takes remediation actions when needed.

Cross-Border Travel

  • Assists team members to process the travel authorization when taking resources across the borders. Follows related established operating standards.

Specialty Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the process of partner-staffing requests for a supported area of responsibility (AOR). Resolves escalated staffing issues with guidance as needed. Collaborates with supplier management team to support compliance.
