Description
As part of Software Delivery Cloud SRE, you will be responsible for delivering reliable services and driving projects to a successful outcome. This role will focus on maintaining and improving a broad set of critical services used by teams across Software Engineering. You will monitor SLOs, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure services are up-to-date and secure. You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices and shape technical decisions. Job Responsibilities: To ensure your success, this job will provide you with:
Education & Experience
Bachelors, Masters, or equivalent experience in Computer Science
Additional Requirements
- - Prior experience as an SRE, software engineer, or system administrator
- - Proven ability to self-manage large projects and meet deadlines
- - Experience in some of the following areas:
- - Development with Python, Ruby, or similar scripting languages
- - Container orchestration with Kubernetes
- - Data visualization with Grafana or Splunk
- - CI/CD pipeline creation with Jenkins or similar services
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500.00 and $243,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
