Climate change is driving an unprecedented transformation in the global energy sector. The energy industry is transitioning to a low carbon, decentralised future, facing a wide range of engineering and economic challenges along the way
Recent projects include:
Forecasting the feasibility of decarbonising electricity systems before 2040,
Assessing the impacts on the grid of major transmission network augmentations including HumeLink, Marinus Link and VNI West based on extensive electricity market models,
Helping develop new generation and storage project. We undertake market due diligence and market modelling, including forecasting electricity prices, marginal loss factors, generation curtailment and FCAS market outcomes, to support the development, financing, acquisition, sale and valuation of grid-scale batteries, pumped hydro, solar farms and wind farms, and
Informing the development of government policy including the NSW Electricity Infrastructure Roadmap and the Western Australia Whole of System Plan.
