- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Physics, Optics or related field.
- Experience and/or education must include:
- Experience in display hardware development, validation, and research.
- Experience in display technologies, including TFT, LED, OLED, optical fundamentals, and display systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and with overseas suppliers.
- Experience working in optical components (lens, film, and film coating), image processing and machine learning.
- Experience in human vision system and color science research.
- Experience in LED, Transistor (MOSFET and TFT), and LCD failure analysis utilizing IVL, SEM, microscope and oscilloscope equipment.
