The Role
In this role, s/he will be required to lead a team to formulate operation solution and tracking mechanism for both internal teams and external sellers to support our account management work.Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:- Innovate and optimize operate process to achieve productivity and goal.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
- Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Thoroughly thinks through problems to come up with solutions- Willingness to challenge and influence big leaders
- 8+ years of experience leading business operations
- Strong operation functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- In-depth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations - Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems/tools, and data analytic
- Strong communication skills to communicate complex data model with simplicity
- MBA from top tier school
- Experience in e-Commerce and/or in a hi-tech B2B sales organization
- Experience in inventing and delivering efficiency mechanisms in startup environments
