Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
  • Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics, or related field AND 3+ years relevant work experience (e.g., investment banking, consulting, finance, corporate strategy, venture capital, or related field) OR equivalent experience.
  • Analytical, modeling, Power BI, communication and customer/partner relationship skills.
  • Experience in business intelligence, or analytics and planning with a proven track record for success.
  • Knowledgeable about all forms of interactive entertainment and experience/interest in the console and PC gaming industry. Thorough understanding of game developers, publishers, and their needs a plus.
  • Solid business acumen and ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Cross-functional work experience within business development, finance, and marketing.

Responsibilities

During yoursummer, you willlead a deal and business analytics function within the Global Content Business Development team that executes partnerships with third-party gaming publishers and developers of all sizes. In this role, you will make us smarter and more efficient globally – you will play a central part:

  • Analyzing and tracking the performance of all deals and partnerships

  • Creating and distributing performance status dashboards and heat maps

  • Creating internal Power BI tools

  • Making forward-looking recommendations and improvements,

  • Inventing and architecting new deal and agreement paradigms, and driving internal and external reporting and implementation.
