Description
You need to be able to help identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and alignment issues quickly and effectively. This role requires exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong relationships in support of working cross functionally with other organizations within Apple. Understanding of software development and a strong interest in user experience is a requirement. Some direct, hands-on involvement in projects is also required. The ideal candidate enjoys challenging and innovative projects in a fast-paced environment and the teaching and mentorship required to grow fantastic EPMs.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven track record of building and leading a sustainable, efficient, and successful team
  • 5+ years hands-on experience leading complex, multi-functional software projects
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Shown success in building relationships and influencing others
  • Strong organizational skills and culture building skills
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
Education & Experience
BS or MS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,400 and $289,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
