Job Description

In this role you will drive innovation within the area of process development for new product introduction; assist in ensuring that manufacturing processes meet requirements; and identify and recommend solutions for technical issues. Activities include process technology development, automation, pilot line development, prototyping, knowledge transfer from other sites and contributing to technical teams regarding these topics.

Your role:

  • Work directly with engineers to quickly build medical device products for testing, analysis, and qualification efforts.

  • Work with engineers to design and develop industry leading processes intended for prototyping and launch of medical device products.

  • Provide a depth knowledge for problem solving linked to Manufacturing processes and equipment.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members throughout product development phases to ensure program success.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation throughout process development, testing and analysis.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in catheter fabrication and/or process development

  • Your skills include intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office suite, successful record of accomplishment, executing complex manufacturing or new product development projects/programs/improvement opportunities (timelines, quality, capacity, capability, cost, productivity some key metrics)

  • You have an Associate’s degree in Engineer Technology or similar field

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

  • You’re a self-motivated and able to learn quickly from others, recognize problems and take correction action when appropriate; your passionate about driving innovative technical solutions in the manufacturing team-based environment

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.23 to $34.67, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
