In this role, you will…
- Lead global commercial and strategic transactions and work closely with regional legal teams responsible for iTero’s most strategic initiatives.
- Negotiate, draft, and review complex contracts, including research and development, clinical study, technology licensing and joint development agreements, partnerships and commercial (including supply chain) agreements.
- Provide legal advice to the company’s senior and executive teams as well as its business and regulatory organizations on issues impacting their activities.
- Be highly motivated and demonstrate initiative, adaptability and integrity.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business, and product and service offerings of the company’s business.
- Have the ability to organize and coordinate a high volume of activity involving multiple and often complex projects simultaneously and to identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Be fluent in both English and Hebrew.
In this role, you’ll need …
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree and appropriate license to practice law.
- 10+ years’ experience, ideally gained in the Medical industry.
- Track record of managing significant strategic initiatives globally.
- Previous legal in-house experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic proficiency and the ability to develop relationships and networks at all levels.
