Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 6+ years of experience working in product or service design
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 8+ years of experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and process, as well as your impact and outcomes.
- Experience in designing for B2B and enterprise scenarios, with a strong understanding of the customer pain points and needs.
- Experience in applying AI and machine learning to enhance the user experience and solve complex problems.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
