· Translate business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with business stakeholders.
· Supports multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment.
Job Description
  • Provides support in the design, implementation and administration of organizational employees' base salary, incentives, sales and executive compensation.
  • Conducts preliminary job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employees get the right pay.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommends plan revisions to compete with market trends.
  • Assists with compiling and preparing reports for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management.
  • Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Monitors changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
