- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
- 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- Experience working with AI/ML in an applied capacity.
- Experience product launches that deliver against impact metrics.
- Experience working with engineering/cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead entrepreneurial drive, perseverance, and proactive style to drive cross-functional initiatives forward.
