You’ll be responsible for driving growth across key markets, ensuring we meet our ambitious revenue targets while delivering a best-in-class experience for our merchants. This role is all about leadership, execution, and impact. You’ll partner with regional stakeholders and global teams to bring our Digital Sales Center (DSC) strategy to life—turning strategy into action and action into results.
You’ll report into the Global Digital Sales Center Lead, with a dotted line into the LATAM commercial leadership team.
What You’ll DoLead regional execution of Uber’s global DSC strategy, adapting and localizing it to meet the specific needs and opportunities of LATAM markets.
Manage and coach BPO partners , ensuring performance across key SMB sales functions: acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Own and deliver revenue growth , holding accountability for GMV performance in the long-tail SMB segment.
Partner cross-functionally with sales, ops, marketing, and product teams to align priorities and drive meaningful outcomes.
Analyze key metrics , identify performance gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies—including process optimization, tech enablement, and front-line coaching.
Champion the voice of the merchant , ensuring our sales approach reflects the real-world needs and challenges of small and medium-sized businesses across the region.
7+ years of experience in sales management , preferably within a digital, CX, or BPO-driven environment .
Proven success leading external vendor (BPO) teams and managing partner relationships.
Track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and rally teams toward a shared goal.
A hands-on, data-driven mindset with strong execution focus .
Experience leading or scaling BPO sales teams in a global or regional context.
Familiarity with Uber Eats or other marketplace / e-commerce platforms.
Expertise in CRM tools , sales automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
A global mindset —comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese or French a plus).
