Employee Activity Planning and Execution:
- Plan and organize various employee activities (e.g., large-scale entertainment events, holiday celebrations, themed activities) in line with the company’s strategic goals and cultural characteristics, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Host and coordinate events to ensure smooth execution and effective communication of the company’s cultural values.
Employee Communication Platform Development:
- Establish and maintain effective employee communication channels (e.g. WeCom), including the operation and maintenance of the enterprise WeChat platform.
- Design and publish promotional materials, notices, and activity plans to strengthen employees’ understanding and alignment with the company’s culture and strategic objectives.
Internal and External Liaison:
- Maintain close communication with internal departments to understand employee needs, provide timely feedback, and resolve issues to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal and external suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of resources and services, optimizing cost control.
- Promote and disseminate the company’s culture both internally and externally, ensuring its deep integration among employees.
Support for Global and Corporate Projects:
- Participate in and support the implementation of global and corporate projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic goals.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and optimize local employee relations strategies, promoting the globalization of the company’s culture.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Propose innovative ideas to optimize the design and execution of employee activities and communication platforms, enhancing employee participation and experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new tools or methods to improve efficiency and employee experience, driving continuous cultural innovation.
Team Management:
- Lead and guide team members to ensure efficient collaboration and completion of tasks.
- Develop team work plans, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations and feedback to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in event planning and execution.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software with the ability to independently create promotional materials.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of enterprise WeChat platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively manage internal and external relationships.
- Fluency in spoken English for daily communication and work interactions.
