Job Description

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation, and leadership to carry out the following:

• Review all certificates received by vendors to verify that the information is accurate and complete.
• Assess impact of Change Control from vendors; and own change control tasks as required.
• Ownership of MRO and VMI Deviations/CAPAs to ensure that the appropriate measures are identified and implement to prevent future reoccurrence.
• Point of contact for all areas and vendors (Fisher/Rexel)
• Help users with new requests for VMI and MRO materials (PCC, QIM or Classic VMI)
• Get approval from EHS for new PPE and chemical VMI materials.
• Processing and approving modifications to the VMI/MRO list from users/vendors
• Communicate all changes to VMI list to the Vendors.
• Attend MRB meetings to update on the progress of the VMI materials.
• Requestor for changes in SAP related to update Min-Max and other fields for all VMI and MRO Materials.
• Manage/ track progress of the qualification packs and help the team with any queries related to the packs.
• Tier Boards with Rexel/Fisher to manage issues related to VMI and MRO.
• Maintain Master VMI List and keep up-dated.
• Ensure robust cycle counting process in place and approves cycle count adjustments.
• Ensure robust Inventory (IQV) reviews are in place to identify required reserves or write-offs (‘inventory of questionable value’) (e.g. expiry/obsolete risks etc.)
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as appropriate and as require by their manager.

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

• Level 7 qualification (Supply Chain or similar)
• Experience gained through Pharma or similar.
• Strong Change Control experience
• Vendor Management experience
