Description -

do R&D,Manufacturing ofboth presses and supplies (we have a large production facility in Kiryat Gat),, and field service.

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the R&D program management team.
  • Lead planning & control and project management routines on the Program level – Timeline, resources, budget, KPIs, risks, etc.
  • Lead and manage organization and method projects: identify Program\ cross R&D improvement potential, define the problem and solution, and lead the implementation.
  • Key player in LPPD (Lean Product and Process Development) implementation within the R&D-define and adjust processes based on LPPD principles and methodology, coach and mentor teams and managers on Lean mindset, apply routines, tools, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g.A3, VSM).
  • Key partner to PM and system team – Define KPI and control routines, raise flags, and lead operational projects.
  • Serve as project management center of knowledge for the program – coach methodology and best practices. Data and system analysis – map customer needs, define requirements, lead implementation, analyze data, and build conclusions.

Requirements:

  • B.sc in industrial & management/ information systems or relevant field
  • 2+ years' experience as a project manager using lean methodologies
  • Excellent E2E process thinking with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions
  • Strong interpersonal relations and resistance management capabilities
  • Capability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in Atlassian modules (Jira, Eazy – BI) and Tableau – advantage


The position is defined for two years with an option for extension.
