THIS ROLE REQUIRES:
Ability to develop best-in-class advertising solutions for brands to align with single title, custom Ad formats and tentpole moment sponsorships both proactively and in response to client RFPs
Developing highly effective narratives and sales materials that highlight the vast advertiser benefits in aligning with Netflix IP and sponsorship opportunities.
Becoming an expert in our ecosystem of ad formats to best package effective solutions around key cultural and high-impact advertiser moments.
Spearhead cross-functional collaboration, including but not limited to our Sales Commercialization, Content, Social, Audience Insights and Marketing organizations, to develop market-leading sponsorship and packaging opportunities.
The candidate must have a background in developing and maintaining tracking systems for sponsorship offerings.
Experience working with TV, streaming and social platforms.
Ability to handle several projects at the same time.
Have the criteria to differentiate priorities.
Self-driven and self-starter
The candidate must be organized, structured and have a sense of urgency.
WE SEEK AN INDIVIDUAL WHO:
7+ years experience in Sponsorships and Packaging within the Streaming, TV or digital video advertising space
Strong experience in partnering cross-functionally to develop marketing-leading advertising solutions
Expert at synthesizing and structuring data and insights to tell compelling narratives
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to collaborate in an environment that values team culture and inclusiveness.
Have strategic vision that is coupled with strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver work under tight timelines.
The candidate must be resourceful in seeking out information and elements to ensure our go-to-market materials showcase the value that Netflix sponsorships bring to advertisers
Knowledge of the ad-supported streaming space and ad tech ecosystem
Inherent knowledge of the entertainment landscape and our competitive set in the respective local markets
The candidate must be highly detail-oriented, a self-starter, and have a working knowledge of systems such as SalesForce and Air Table
