Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions and programs across security domains.
- 4 years of experience with CDC and SOC programs.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cyber security concepts and how security controls are applied across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of security operations center roles, processes, and technologies.
- Knowledge of Security information and event management (SIEM) configurations, detection rules, and threat hunting.
- Knowledge of Network security architecture, network security protocols, and incident response.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with clients in a concise manner while managing expectations at both executive and technical levels.
- Ability to lead conversations with technical and non-technical personnel.
