Your key responsibilities

• Lead work packages independently, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectations
• Effectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
• Apply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex, large-scale transformation initiatives

• Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government clients
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of successfully managing teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively

• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex problems
• The roles require Security clearances (Baseline, NV1, NV2) due to the nature of the Federal client work
