Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the two labs, ensuring adherence to quality control standards and cGMP regulations.
• Lead a team of lab technicians and senior chemist, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures to meet regulatory and company standards.
• Conduct investigations and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner, employing problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.
• Analyze laboratory data and prepare reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance team skills and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies.

Must Have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management, particularly in a cGMP environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Laboratory experience with a thorough understanding of quality control processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership experience, leading a team of laboratory technicians
