Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
10 years of experience in team management.
5 years of experience in sales roles in digital native industries.
Preferred qualifications:
15 years of experience in technology industry, including 13 years of sales experience with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
Experience working with and managing cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Engineers, Partner Sales) and external partners in complex implementation projects and negotiations.
Experience in building and leading cloud field sales team, managing business as a trusted advisor by the customers.
Ability to manage business and commercial models while leading organizational transformations and delivering results.
Ability to build a high-performing Sales team and build an excellent team culture.
