Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in tax.
- Experience with U.S. federal and state income tax.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes.
- Experience in memo writing, research, and managing Mergers and Acquisitions process.
- Understanding of international tax (cross-border) implications of transactions and knowledge of tax accounting principles with tax-free reorganizations, corporate restructurings, and spin-offs.
- Ability to streamline processes, develop repeatable framework, and organize data/support to facilitate efficient collaboration.
- Ability to analyze tax issues and develop effective solutions and excellent project management, organizational, and people-management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of tax professionals, business stakeholders and build trust with stakeholders.
