Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

As a Consultant in Transaction Tax, you will assist in providing tax advisory services related to transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate activities. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in tax consulting. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and contribute to various projects, gaining valuable exposure to the field of transaction tax.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field; relevant coursework or internships in tax is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of tax software is a plus.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
