- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in application to speech-related tasks (i.e., conversation generation or speech synthesis), speech recognition, and related algorithms.
- 5 years of experience with conversational applications, chatbots, voice assistants, or similar technologies.
- Experience in Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with contact center technologies and platforms.
- Experience in building and deploying speech recognition systems (e.g., commercial or open source).
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Vertex Platform).
- Familiarity with speech processing tools and frameworks (e.g., Librosa, Audacity, iZotope, etc.).
