Maintain the firm's system for reporting personal investment holdings and help in personal investment related queries including assistance to updating personal investments in the firm's databases
Assess proposed external positions to be taken up by firm's personnel and partners
Manage the firm's independence confirmation procedures and processes
Perform independence and conflict checks and improve the processes and databases
Prepare and deliver training on independence related topics
Provide independence advice and respond to queries on Risk Management topics and be a subject matter expert
To qualify for the role you must have:
Strong research and analytical skills
Strong personal communication skills, capable of dealing with wide range of staff
Demonstrates confidence in interactions with others
Ability to take difficult decisions and provide substantiated arguments
