The Engineer would be responsible for carrying detailed engineering for Building Automation projects off-shore and on-shore.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Building Automation projects independently—Specifically, the candidate should be proficient in Control System software (DDC) programming and Control System SCADA/Graphics projects. Knowledge/exposure to automation platforms such as Niagara, Alerton or equivalent will be added advantage.
Understand, Prepare and/ or Execute.
Sequence of Operation
Control wiring diagrams
DDC Applications for HVAC equipment (AHU, VAV, FCU, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water Systems etc.)
Control System SCADA/Graphics
Control System Field Commissioning and deployment
Control System functional performance testing
Proficiency on Tools: AutoCAD (Basic), Revit (Basic), Microsoft Visio will be added advantage.
Review inputs, ensure scope clarity, and map customer expectations in actual deliverables.
Converse and communicate with the customers' representatives for project initiations, RFIs & project close-out.
Ensure quality & specs compliances of deliverables for projects.
Act as technical interface to customers to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule and budget to meet the customer requirements.
Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards.
Ensure end to end project closeout (commissioning support either physically on-field or over the phone)
Should have capability to handle and execute multiple projects.
Build rapport with other cross-function teams ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Will groom other Junior Engineers on Specific tasks.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Work Experience: 4-7 years’ Experience in one/more of the following industries: HVAC, Process Control, BMS Service, Energy.
