Primary Responsibilities
Ensure that initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, success criteria, and alignment with overall business objectives.
Design, build and maintain an overall program execution plan and roadmap to support and implement activities related to people, process, and technology that span across multiple business functions.
Identify workstreams and monitor the execution of the program per scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget
Establish team structure for each workstream, providing direction to project leads and coordinators on various workstreams to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks to the overall program
Create and monitor measures of success / KPIs for the program
Partner with Change Management to identify a change management strategy and plan to ensure business readiness, engagement, and adoption
Establish governance structure, handling any issues and proactively mitigating risks
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various business units and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as an escalation point on risks, issues, and decisions, course-correcting as needed
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on program status, milestones, and key performance metrics.
Establish program rhythm of business – including communications, status reports, and readouts to stakeholders and leadership
Design and deliver executive-level presentations as needed
Bring an outstanding blend of business and technical acumen
Ensure the use of program management best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project execution efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of program and project management methodologies – waterfall, agile, kanban, etc.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program development, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
Proficiency in program management software and tools to facilitate efficient program planning, tracking, and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to develop effective partnerships across the company to engage, align, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to all levels of the organization from team members to executives
Ability to give executive summaries to any level of leadership is key
Strong organization and time management skills to keep programs on track
Ability to manage effectively in fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level processes and the interplay between functions, particularly Product Management and Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Technology Services, Finance and Accounting.
Ability to think strategically and act tactically as needed and be willing to roll your sleeves up.
Has a learning mindset, keeps up on industry trends, research, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
MBA or equivalent desired
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable
8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects at technology-based companies or within technical domains

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $144,712.00 - $217,068.00These jobs might be a good fit
