Role Objective:

• Abilityto understand the basics of Fire alarm and life safety systems by reading thecodes and standard.
• Abilityto understand the technical RFP ,SLD & SOW.
• Abilityto support the sales team to generate more leads and value selling RFQ’sthrough early engagement and specifier activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical facilitation and assistance to customers in the Fire business
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire safety products
• Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical facilitation processes and tools

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Should be a Saudi national.
• Should not have been employed or registered in GOSI for the last six months.
• Should not be currently employed.
• Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program
