Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work integrally with associated Product Engineering, Service Methods, and Field Service teams to create, manage, coordinate, and deliver training (globally) to internal and external partners and customers. This will include select duties as content developer, trainer, and registrar.
  • Use/Develop knowledge of Nuclear Medicine service, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
  • Develop Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of best practices and gain awareness of the competition and the factors that differentiate GEHC Products in the market.
  • Uses sound engineering judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated processes with technical variety. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Recognized service expertise in the NM modality with either an Associate’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree and at least three years experience in the field or in an engineering role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Engineering & Applied Science Fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to receive and convey engineering and mechanical details.
  • Able to read & follow written work instructions using basic instruments and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create varied learning styles for all students.
  • Fluid communication in English.
  • Comfortable relating to persons of widely diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for creativity.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Characteristics

  • Military, Associate or Bachelor Level Education in a related field.
  • Field Service or Modality Engineering experience.
  • Experience with NM System Maintenance & Repair procedures.
  • Experience with virtual training and learning.
  • Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
