Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading HR programs and initiatives.
Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations.
Excellent teamwork, organizational and problem-solving skills.
