Responsibilities
Create and implement communication plans that support the strategic priorities and objectives of the Programmable Solutions Group team.
Write, edit, and produce high-quality and engaging content for various communication platforms, such as executive presentations, speeches, blogs, newsletters, social media, webinars, and events. Manage and maintain the editorial calendar and content pipeline for the Programmable Solutions Group and specifically its leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, PR, engineering, design, and research, to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and branding.
Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of communication initiatives and channels.
Research and monitor industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights to inform and improve communication strategies and tactics.
Provide coaching and feedback to the leadership team on their communication skills and style.

Compelling writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Extensive experience with cross-group collaboration, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field AND 8+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Project Management, or related/ equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in the technology space
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years' experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role.
3+ years' experience working with social media platforms.
FPGA Experience.
