As an Advanced EMC Design Engnineer you will be developing new EMC designs or modifying already existing designs. Part of you day-to-day activities will be performing functional analysis and simulation of the design from Electromagnetic Compatibility point of view.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key responsibilities

• Design and Modification : Develop new ЕМС designs or modify existing ones.
• Functional Analysis and Simulation : Perform functional analysis and simulation of designs from an EMC perspective.
• Collaboration and Leadership : Actively participate in design reviews, support digital and analog design, and take on project leadership roles.
• Lifecycle and Reuse : Apply your expertise across all phases of hardware development and adapt to varying job assignments.

Key skills and qualifications

• Education and Background : College graduate with a minimum of an Associates Degree in Electrical Design and at least 5 years of experience in EMC and/or analog design.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in EMC design, excellent knowledge of DO-254, familiarity with Mentor Graphics tools, and understanding of engineering documentation.
• Soft Skills : Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to conduct technical presentations to customers, organizational and analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
• Domain Knowledge : Knowledge of EMC standards such as MIL-STD-461 and DO-160G, and understanding of aerospace design.
