- Manage quality at CM, ODM and vendors
- Provide On-Site support to new product launches
- Design in quality and manufacturability on new designs of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA), servers, and racks

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience with PCBA manufacturing, assembly, or test processes
- 3+ years of experience working with PCBA manufacturing suppliers (ODMs/CMs) to improve incoming quality of electronic assemblies
- Experience with surface mount technology (SMT), through-hole assembly processes, and PCBA manufacturing and test methodologies


Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
- Experience with the project management of technical projects
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement principles & techniques
- Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), or regulatory requirements or standards
- Experience with server, networking, or cloud infrastructure PCBA manufacturing and testing
- Knowledge of motherboard design, PCB design including schematic capture, stackup and circuit board layout
- Experience with automated test equipment (ATE), in-circuit test (ICT), functional test, and boundary scan technologies
- Experience with failure analysis techniques and root cause analysis for PCBA-related issues
- Knowledge of component engineering and supplier quality processes
- Experience working in regulated environments with quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100)
