Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics or a related quantitative or engineering field, such as Industrial Engineering. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years with: utilizing operations tools and technologies specifically developed for financial services firm operations; validating trade information (including asset class and region-specific trade information), streamlining essential reporting, and knowledge sharing; identifying process flaws and proposing solutions to maximize efficiency; interacting directly with clients as well as designated service providers to investigate trade bookings; communicating across multiple internal teams to collaborate on troubleshooting discrepancies; and executing work items within operational work queues to ensure proper daily progress as expected, proper risk management and escalation of aging and high value work items.
