- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- Typically 5 years of experience with Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision.
- Typically 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Typically 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.
- Typically 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience with Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Ability to deliver a high standard under pressure in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Demonstrated data analysis skills.
