Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
5 years of experience with people management.
Leadership experience in Business-to-Consumer marketing, leading teams to deliver results in cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with smartphone/electronic goods/leading marketing for premium categories with large online and offline retail presence.
Understanding of Google’s competitive position, and demonstrated capacity for determining the optimal way to position products in the market and how to use media to achieve desired results.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with geographically dispersed teams to achieve shared goals and targets.
Ability to take initiative, provide breakthrough strategy, and function effectively in highly dynamic environments.
Ability to drive impact through Go-To-Market campaigns.
