Your key responsibilities

Working with partners and clients the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, business leaders and technology teams to manage business strategy and deliver outstanding internal and external support
  • Overseeing and managing/automating improvements to the Cyber Practice’s business processes, methodologies, and client communication methods
  • Driving consistency of all established processes and procedures by sharing best practices with team members to contribute to enhance the quality of client experience
  • Reviewing and developing key documentation, including policies and procedures and reports, to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Actively participating in and contributing to the preparation of statements of work, proposals and the steps of these processes according to firm guidelines
  • Managing and maintaining external and internal process for the business including:
    • Client onboarding
  • End-to-end Client experience
    • Inventory
    • Reporting and report writing
    • Managing client billing and invoicing
    • Compliance (SOC 2)
    • Technology project management

Key Candidate Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Proven sound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule, with high attention to detail
  • Work with minimal supervision, linking in with account team as and when required
  • Manage projects or initiatives while clarifying objectives, priorities, roles, responsibilities, timelines and scope changes as appropriate

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • 3 years related working experience
  • Experience working within the cybersecurity field in a client facing role
  • Professional services experience specific to Cybersecurity
  • Two years’ experienceeffectively leading or coordinating projects and motivated teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Experience in business development and client engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise finance with technology skills
