As a Cognyter you will:

• Order processing from deal creation in Salesforce to shipment
• Booking and order management process in ERP
• Customer set up and data management.
• Invoicing and billing activities
• Working with cross-organizational functions (project management, operations, business finance)
• Performing booking and billing quarterly close tasks
• Working with IT for the implementation of features or changes to improve ERP data integrity and controls.

For that mission you’ll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, Business Processes, or Sales Operations within a large industrial company.
• Proficiency in various business applications in a large organizational ERP and/ or related BI systems
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues from other departments.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent English
• Good communication skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
