At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.

Your impact

At Jacobs, we’re not just building structures, we’re helping our clients innovate and grow by designing, engineering, and executing the construction of their state-of-the-art facilities that are changing our world.

Our Life Sciences team is excited to add a Supply Management/Procurement Intern to our Conshohocken, PA office during the Summer of 2025. In this internship you will support basic purchasing, subcontracting, expediting, supplier quality, and/or material management efforts for multiple clients within the Life Sciences Industry. Join a knowledgeable and supportive team as you solve problems, think critically, and provide supply chain support on multi-million-dollar capital purchases and construction subcontracts. Daily work activities will include development of solicitation packages, coordination and resolution of supplier questions, evaluation of proposals, day-to-day progress tracking of existing orders, coordination of shop visits and inspections, support in the management of onsite materials and utilization of Supply Management Systems to manage orders and agreement.

The Procurement Intern reports directly to the Manager of Procurement Services (MOPS) for the office which they are assigned. While supporting Jacobs’ Projects, the Procurement Intern will report indirectly to the assigned Project Procurement Manager (PPM) or lead.

Bring your curiosity, passion for innovation, and talent for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and we will help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together!

We value collaboration and believe that in-person interactions are crucial for both our culture and client delivery. We empower employees with our hybrid working policy, allowing them to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations enabling them to deliver their best work.
