Manage the overall China and Hong Kong cIT infrastructure, its related services and maintenance support, to ensure that performance meets technical requirements and business expectations. Determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area. Implements corporate technology standards and evaluates the business needs with regard to information management, systems, equipment, data, support, and training.
