The Role:
- Operational Strategy : Help define and manage our courier workforce to support business goals, balancing cost, compliance, and service quality.
- Operational Efficiency : Shape our approach to scheduling, forecasting, and workforce planning to drive productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Regional Collaboration : Work with teams across EMEA to share insights, align on best practices, and contribute to the development of the regional fleet operations strategy.
- Process Implementation : Develop and deploy strategic operational workflows that improve day to day efficiency and reliability across our courier network..
- Cross-Functional Management : Collaborate with commercial, marketplace and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution across all workstreams.
- Performance Management : Define KPIs, track results, and drive continuous improvement through data-informed insights and operational rigor in collaboration with our fleet account managers.
Your Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations strategy, workforce planning, or program management, preferably within staffing environments or fleet planning in the online food delivery industry.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills ; comfortable working with complex data sets and building models.
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive cross-functional execution.
- Track record of designing and scaling operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders; fluent in English.
